Reservation Policy

The customer must pay the deposit specified at the time of placing the booking. The full balance of the holiday is due 56 days (8 weeks) prior to the start date of the holiday.

Cancellation Policy

Where the customer cancels the holiday after the company has accepted the booking, or where the company cancels the holiday due to customer non-payment, the following charges shall apply:
  • More than 56 days before the holiday start date: the deposit.
  • 55 to 40 days before the holiday start date: 30% of the total holiday cost.
  • 39 to 15 days before the holiday start date: 50% of the total holiday cost.
  • Less than 14 days before the holiday start date: 100% of the total holiday cost.
